Broken Carbon is the premier carbon fiber bicycle repair shop. Backed by multiple undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering plus a 30+ years of racing experience, nobody understands composites and the requirements of high-end bicycles like we do. We will get your carbon fiber bike back on the road or trail quickly!
I started experimenting with composites in high school with my dad. As lifelong cyclists, we saw the increased use of composites in the cycling industry in the early 2000's and wanted to learn more. I followed my dad's footsteps and attended the Colorado School of Mines while still focusing on my cycling career.

After about a year of riding my frame cracked around the bottle cage. I bought my bike second hand, so the manufacturer would not warranty my frame. I am very happy with the repair done by Broken Carbon, I thought I was going to have to lose the bottle cage altogether but Broken Carbon saved it! We performed a structural repair, replaced the bottle cage Rivnuts and gave the repair a glossy clear coat finish.

Our standard turn around is usually about 1.5 - 2 weeks depending on the time of the year. If you are in need of a rush repair, please let us know and we can get you pricing. Turn around down to 2 business days is possible. Short answer: it depends. In any case, it's less expensive than a new frame or even crash replacement pricing.
