HarborView Senior Assisted Living is a boutique assisted living home located next to downtown San Diego in the Uptown Banker's Hills neighborhood. HarborView is dedicated to offering compassionate, individualized care and support services for residents living with Alzheimer's or related dementia. We also promote the physical, social, and spiritual aspects of our residents' lives.
Our well-trained and considerate staff works around the clock in this charming Italian renaissance chateau. We have undergone a transformation! In our recent renovation we wanted to preserve and honor the rich history and elegance of the home. We did so while improving the layout and functionality for use of our elderly residents.

HarborView Senior Assisted Living changed ownership in 2016 and is family owned and operated. We are devoted to providing a loving, supportive environment for our residents and their families. We provide 24-hour assistance, 7 days a week, in a 30-bed home in the beautiful neighborhood of Banker's Hill overlooking San Diego Bay.

We offer gracious accommodations with a variety of floor plans. There isn't just one uniform room here. Thanks to the old-world charm of our residence, each room boasts unique beauty and architecture. Our rooms offer different size and number of beds, as well as different bathroom configurations. Our rates are all inclusive with no hidden or unexpected fees.

Residential rooms offer the comforts of home, in an inviting and home-like atmosphere. Each room is furnished, offering the amenities our residents were accustomed to at home. We encourage our residents and their families to decorate and personalize their rooms as they wish. All rooms are equipped with modern technologies and an intercom system for added ease in requesting assistance.

Deluxe accommodations offer the refinement of a boutique hotel, with easy access to the rest of the home. Deluxe rooms offer seating areas, views of the garden, or San Diego bay, and downtown. Many of our deluxe rooms have attached private bathrooms, areas for sitting, reading, quilting, or resting.
