Purpose Psychiatry is a Telemedicine only practice offering medication management services through video with a focus on Depression and Anxiety disorders. Our treatment is aimed at helping client's find their purpose in life by getting back to basics, building upon strengths. At Purpose Psychiatry, we offer adult services in treating Major Depression, Anxiety and ADHD disorders.
Due to the nature of our telemedicine approach we are unable to support the level of care of other mental illnesses such as Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and Suicidal Ideations/Illnesses as well as conditions. We believe these conditions are better served at an in person practice location where the member can be supported at a greater level.

Our fees are structured to accommodate both those with and without insurance coverage. We understand that economical factors sometimes hinder and deter clients from seeking treatment which is why we tailor treatment costs to be fair, affordable, and sustainable without compromising quality.
By law, Medicare-eligible patients are required to enter into a private contract with the provider and we deliver medical care on a on a fee-for-service basis, which is not reimbursable by Medicare.By accepting the treatment contract, you agree that you shall not submit a claim or ask the provider.

Fees For Services

Payment is due at time of service. We accept most all forms of payment except for checks. If you are paying with cash, exact amount must be provided. Debit/HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards are accepted and payment is made through the patient portal. For out of network clients, we can provide you with a bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
