My own struggles with health and wellness created a desire in me to help people look deeper at life's challenges, to find the why and then the how, to overcome. Life is a series of moments and while we can't change the things that happen TO us, we most certainly can change how we choose to see those events and how we will move forward as a result.

During this program, you will learn what drives your food decisions and behaviors and I will give you the tools to eat more mindfully and take back your eating decisions.

Let's Get Started: Your first step is to schedule a comprehensive personal wellness assessment. In this 50 minute session we will discuss the areas of your life you want to improve and any particular goals you have already identified. Based on this, I will propose a customized plan containing all of the action items and ongoing support elements you will need to reach your desired outcomes.
