Your Trusted Mental Health Therapists in Roseville, MN
Summit Guidance was founded in 2011 by a dedicated group of bilingual and bicultural mental health professionals committed to addressing complex mental health needs within diverse communities. Our organization specializes in providing culturally competent outpatient mental health services, in-home therapy, and crisis intervention for individuals facing severe and persistent mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. With expertise in serving refugee and immigrant populations, we integrate traditional clinical approaches with culturally tailored strategies, including collaboration with traditional healers. Our team offers multilingual services in English, Somali, Arabic, Oromo, Amharic, and Swahili, ensuring accessible care for clients with diverse linguistic backgrounds. We prioritize community-based support through hospital liaison services, intensive family programs, and long-term rehabilitation initiatives designed to maintain stability and independence.

Our crisis management framework includes partnerships with local emergency services and 24/7 hotline resources for urgent mental health needs. As a grassroots organization, we emphasize holistic care models that address intergenerational trauma, domestic violence, and cultural adaptation challenges. Our clinicians utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic approaches while maintaining flexibility in service delivery. We coordinate closely with case managers and social services agencies to ensure comprehensive care continuity. Our commitment to accessibility is demonstrated through both clinic-based services in the Twin Cities and mobile in-home treatment options. This integrated approach has established us as a trusted provider for maintaining client stability while reducing institutionalization rates.
