Our indoor facility is perfectly designed for individual and team workouts year round. More importantly, our staff provides Coaches and Players with tools, lessons and techniques used at the Major League Level. Our instruction comes from years of experience at the Major League Level. We are not guessing or creating unproven concepts. Players can be confident they are receiving instruction from experts with experience.

Want to learn how to become a better athlete, learn better baseball techniques and mechanics, and see how great you can be?. Athletic Performance Index (API) testing, run by former Major League Baseball scout Todd Blyleven. The API assessment will identify which athletic areas need work to improve the athlete's overall performance.

Chris was born and raised in Memphis, TN. Chris was a 4 year varsity letterman at Christian Brothers High School, and helped lead the "Brothers" to back to back State Championships concluding both championship seasons with a national ranking in the top 25 as rated by ESPN and Baseball America. During his high school summer years, Chris played for the Dulin's Dodgers out of Memphis, TN.
