After receiving both his Esthetics and Massage Therapy license, Timothy opened Palmer Skin in the heart of Hillcrest near downtown San Diego. While body waxing and facials were the original focus of the business, Timothy wanted to grow by offering advanced aesthetic treatments and cutting-edge services to meet the demand of the ever-changing industry.
