Saved from the wrecking ball 100 years after it was built, the North Garden Theater boasts a rich history of use as a neighborhood movie theater. In 2017, the space opened as a re-imagined, elegant, industrial-chic event center ideal for weddings, receptions, celebrations, corporate functions, and performances!

Our mission is to provide an elegant venue where special events flourish and where individuals, groups, and artists feel empowered to utilize the space. The old Garden Theater found on West 7th (or Fort Road back in the day) in St. Paul, Minnesota, enjoyed its heyday in the first half of the 20th century showing movies.

Ryan and Tina bring a rich history of hands on retail experience, attentive customer service, and theatrical production. These skills along with their down to Earth approach to event management make for a truly pleasant, thorough, and creative experience. From planning to cleaning up after the event, Ryan and Tina excel at making your event a memorable one.
Parking
Report
We share our lot with a church and school, so our parking lot is available on Saturdays, Sundays after 1pm, weekdays, and after 5pm on weekdays when school is in session. Free street parking is available but limited. Because our theater is located in a mixed business and residential area, we encourage you to purchase our LOT PARKING for weekend and evening events for only $2 (tax included).
