Alex recently graduated from ICHS but has an incredible testimony of growth in the Lord that begins in his humble hometown in Nicaragua. Originally organized in 1968 as Cedar Grove Christian Academy by Cedar Grove Church, the school is the first Christian high school in Philadelphia. It developed into a full K-12 program by 1972. In 1998 the high school sought its own identity when it changed the name to International Christian High School.
Admissions
Report
As part of the application process, you will meet with an ICHS faculty member to have a short interview. This interview is designed to teach you more about the expectations at ICHS as well as give you the opportunity to ask us questions. Generally, a letter will be mailed within one week of the interview regarding the final decision of your application.

International Students

Academic Records - Transcripts from at least one year or starting with 9th grade, need to be translated into English. Proof of Funding - Bank statement from a family member to show that you will be financially supported throughout your years of education. After we receive the completed application and all supporting materials, we will schedule a video chat on Skype or WeChat.
Uniforms

We've partnered with FlynnO'Hara Uniforms who is a Philadelphia-based supplier and retailer of high-quality school uniforms and gym wear. They are family owned and operated, and service over 1500 schools across the United States. Our Customer Service Department is available Monday through Saturday year-round to answer questions, track returns, and place orders.
