Installation & Setup

A Grace Technology Agent will come to your home or office and professionally install your computer system, tablet, mobile device or net-workable device, or the Agent can diagnose software or hardware issues on one computer system or device. The Agent will also show you how to use your new technology, and you'll have the opportunity to discuss any questions you have.
Computer Tune Up
Report
Get your computer running the way it was when it was young. A Grace Technology Agent will find and remove unnecessary software remotely, optimize start-up and shutdown, and make sure Windows is updated and running at peak performance. Approximate time to complete: 1 hourat $50.00 and $30.00 additional hour needed per customer.
Residential Service Plan
Report
2 visits a year for your computer. We will help with virus and spyware cleaning, optimization of start-up programs and repair of software errors with Service Plan for $8.99 per month. Many of our services are great if you've already had an issue with your system. But if you don't want to wait until a virus or hacker gets into one of your computers, then consider getting a proactive monthly plan with Grace.
