Sport Specific Training & Rehabilitation is a private practice that was formed as a sports performance company in 1997. Soon after this we opened our first clinic and expanded to provide a broad spectrum of sports medicine services. As health care continues to change, our company structure and services also continue to evolve.
Our philosophy is based on a treatment paradigm that starts with an evaluation to identify the underlying cause, and then take our clients through the progression of treatment tiers shown so they can reach an overall goal of transitioning to a maintenance program that occurs both inside and outside of the clinic.

Sport Specific Training & Rehabilitation (SST) was founded in Orlando, Florida, in February of 1997. The original concept was to teach young athletes how to improve their performance. As we conducted camps and clinics throughout Central Florida, it became apparent to us that there was a need for a quality sports medicine component to compliment the programs we were already offering.
