Questions
How do I schedule a tattoo appointment?
Contact us via email or text with design ideas and reference images. After discussing details, place a deposit on our website to secure your appointment.
What are the age requirements for tattoos?
North Carolina law requires clients to be at least 18 years old with valid state-issued photo ID present at the appointment.
How does the deposit system work?
Deposits secure your appointment time and apply toward the final tattoo cost. Half covers design preparation, while the other half applies to the final price.
What safety measures are in place?
We use new, sterilized needles for each client and follow Mecklenburg County Health Department regulations. All equipment meets strict sterilization and disposal standards.
What aftercare instructions should I follow?
Wash gently with antibacterial soap, use plastic wrap for the first 3 days, avoid picking, and keep pets away. Follow our detailed healing protocol for optimal results.

Clean, clean, CLEAN!! The 1st thing you'll notice is how clean and sanitary Immortal Images is as soon as you walk in the door. Each artist here has their own technique and portfolio so make sure to do your research, schedule your consultation, and discuss the details of the art-piece(s) you want. These folks are extremely professional and do amazing artwork. That means they're pretty booked up for putting ink to skin but it was just a quick phone call to setup the initial consultation for the next day. We chose to go with Lee Green for his precision line work and his proclivity for Japanese

This is my wife's new favorite hobby! She has gotten five tattoos in two months time from Steve. Very talented artist and tattooist! She has more planned but unfortunately due to Covid they are booked up for the remainder of the year!

Lee was very helpful. He worked with myself and a friend to get our appointments set up. He is definitely in demand, we couldn't get a Saturday appointment until the end of the year! I'm so excited, can't wait for fresh ink!

I had previous work that Lee was happy to add onto, and overall his addition made the original piece look better. The work is immaculate, the atmosphere is welcoming- both in decor and friendliness. The shop is clean, well lit, stylish, and accommodating. The artists both have outstanding portfolios, I would (and have) recommend this studio to anyone.

Steve does absolutely incredible work. The oldest tattoo shop in Charlotte, it is also the best. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Steve was kind, professional, and incredibly talented. I will be going back!

I can't speak highly enough about my experience. The shop is extremely clean and very welcoming and Lee and Steve were both awesome to work with. My artist was Lee, and on top of his phenomenal work, he was great at helping me through the process from start to finish, as well as getting me through those "first tattoo jitters". I would highly recommend anyone coming here.
