In 1992, I started a small cleaning company doing commercial and new construction cleaning. As the business grew we started to see a strong need for the residential consumer to have access to a professional grade carpet cleaner. This lead me to years of experience and education from attending classes held by the IICRC, which enabled us to learn the industry standard.

We're improving on that with Encore Carpet Care's Multi-Step Cleaning Process. This process is second to none and gives the consumer peace of mind knowing their carpets are being cleaned on a luxury level. All of our techs are highly trained at our shop before ever stepping foot into a home. Not only do we strive to provide the best cleaning possible, but we also want the cleaning to be an amazing experience.
