2 If you are confident that your problem falls within his scope of practice, you can call the office manager Amber 615-509-9111 and she will schedule you. She will also answer any questions you may have about billing or policies. Dr. Fite's policy is that the initial session is both an intake and a chance to see if this practice would be a good fit.

Blue Cross and United Healthcare accepted as well as certain other carriers accepted. We currently do not accept Aetna, Cigna, Tricare, Medicare, Medicaid, TN Care, Value Options or Blue Care.
