Body Fundamentals is a private boutique Pilates and Wellness studio located in the Catalina Foothills of Tucson, Arizona.* Founded in Denver in 1996, the studio offers one-on-one and semi-private Pilates equipment and mat sessions in a peaceful, encouraging, exclusive setting. Beginner to advanced and instructor level sessions are ongoing.
