Jake has also attended the Fakir Intensives in San Francisco and is the owner of the studio. Jake would love to be involved in larger gauge piercing and punch projects you might be considering. Lindsey Wright has been working in studios as a counter person since 2011. She apprenticed under Jake at our studio and graduated her piercing apprenticeship in 2018 and has been a business member of the APP for as long.

Aftercare

After your visit, you will be sent a detailed email with aftercare. The following is what we recommend for aftercare, but it is up to you to take care of your piercing as it heals. Always feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns! The most important bit of aftercare for healing any piercing is do not touch your piercing.
Identification Requirements

We pierce ages 18+ with valid photo ID. We also pierce minors ages 8-17 with parental consent and proper identification. We require all physical forms identification and fulfillment of paperwork with each visit, even if you have visited our studio on a previous occasion. For children ages 8-13, we require their birth certificate to serve as a form of identification.
Age Minimums

We will refuse service if required documents are not present every time we pierce a minor. Our ID policies are laid out on our Identification Page, and we invite you to reach out if you have any questions about what we need to pierce a minor. Age minimums are issued for client safety. We do not offer surface piercings, cheek piercings, bridge piercings, daith piercings, or tongue piercings for minors.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Came to Poulsbo from out of town; had trouble parking, street parking only; too come to the door and find out it’s appointment only, I just asked to look at jewelry was asked if i had an appointment. Huge waste of time, to be told rudely I need to be scheduled. No thank you don’t recommend

Got my nose pierced here and had the best experience.
1. Very easy to schedule the appointment online. Instructions to prepare for the appointment were very clear.
2. Upon arrival to the studio, the COVID-19 precautions were very well executed. As a medical provider, I felt completely safe in having my piercing done here. The studio only allowed one person in at a time to maintain social distancing (pre-scheduled appointments), everything was very clean, and the pre-piercing survey was very thorough!

Lindsay was amazing. I was there to repeirce four of my earlobe piercings. She was able to stretch them back open pretty easily and saved us both a lot of time. She also did my helix piercing. Minimal aftercare and the jewelry they sell is great. Going back next week for a daith and nostril piercing. SO much better to get pierced by a pro!

This place is amazing! I got my ears pierced and it was a wonderful experience. My piercer was Lindsey Wright and she so so lovely. She talked me through everything she was going to do and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Her work area was clean and looked close to a doctor's office. I will definitely be returning to buy any future jewelry here because the experience at this shop was so nice. I would really recommend this shop to anyone who values customer service because they shine in this area.

They were so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to give us all the info we needed. They even checked out my friends piercing who was there with us and they noticed it would’ve gotten badly infected if it wasn’t fixed(they didn’t get their ears pierced at this establishment) they were all professional and i would recommend it to anybody. cory was my piercer and he made my friend who was nervous laugh super hard and calmed us all down. Chloe and Quinn were also wonderful and supportive. everyone used correct pronouns and they are 100% lgbt friendly.
