Kiln Frog not only has the best prices, but provides superior customer service! I ordered a Paragon kiln from Kiln Frog and it was damaged in shipping. I notified Paragon and didn't receive a response, so I went back to Kiln Frog - got a response within 30 minutes. Paragon was repeatedly slow to respond if at all, so I had to continue to escalate back to Kiln Frog. They were so helpful and apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. It took Paragon another 3 weeks to replace the damaged kiln and then sent the wrong one. I called Kiln Frog and they immediately reached out to Paragon to help get
