Angel is the worst salesman ever. Promised me a price and home will be there when I showed up the next day he said they just moved that off the lot and had a different model for 10k more then they were advertising online. He laughed in my face when I told him the price was a lot lower on their website. Dont waste your time and money on this company. They scam people by luring them in on their website prices and promising them those prices over the phone.

At the beginning of Feb. 2021 I signed a contract with Chris Gonzalez at Uncle Roy's. I started a demolition of my old mobile home and it's now down to the platform and nothing to live in. Yesterday, June 12, 2021 Chris notified me that the price of the home went up from $71,500 to $109,900!!! I guess contracts mean nothing. When I called to have him run the new amount through the bank and find out the payment amount, he hung up on me! Very poor business. If he expects a person to not get upset with the drastic difference in price, he should find a different line of work.

On June 17, 2020 my husband and I started the process of purchasing the 5k from this company. The process began with a salesman named David. He was a nice man, but hard to get hold of after the initial meeting for updates. Fast forward to July 16, after numerous calls to ask about the home and included amenities it took a long and firm email to get a response. This response was from Charlie, the "manager", stating the original salesman David had retired and we needed to come in and pay the balance for the home before construction would begin. Per the correspondence with David I still have in writing
