My wife and I dropped off an item to be embroidered. It was a custom job so they said it would be a month. Called a month later, was told that they would get back to us. Called another month later, and got hung up on. Fast forward to a couple days ago. I was told that the item was not ready and had no reason behind why. Literally had one job. Wouldn’t trust them to carry out any order of yours. Worse service ever.

If you need medical clothing. This is the place to come in Dallas. It's close to most of the big hospitals and prices are good and they have a good discount program with a lot of them. But most of all they have all kinds of brands colors and are supper friendly. And Don't follow and. Look over your shoulder

I went to purchase scrubs. I asked to use the restroom and was told it’s not for the public. I decided I’ll take my business somewhere else. I was a customer not someone random walking off the street. Poor customer service. 3 girls doing nothing behind a counter.

I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she had blonde hair and she was so helpful and found the perfect pair of scrubs for me. I’ve never worn them before so she helped me find a pair that fit me just right.

If you're looking for embroidery, look elsewhere. They tell you your scrubs will be ready in 5-7 days but it's always longer and they never call you to give you an update. It's happened more than once. Lesson learned. I'm sure there are plenty of other places that are more efficient and with more quality.

Not only was the service great but I was also able to buy a stethoscope for school at a good price! They sell scrubs, shoes, and much more. This place was clean and professional. Will definitely come back!

Wide variety of uniforms to choose from and super helpful staff made it the easiest experience. I went to 3 places before and the staff here is the most knowledgeable about the items they sell or can order. They gave me several comparable options to the style I wanted except better quality!

They also had the exact style I was looking for and I was able to put it on hold and come in after work to purchase it. Just wonderful and I would go back.

Amazing customer service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was led right to the section of scrubs I was interested. Staff was extremely knowledgeable about their products and embroidery services. I will be back! They also offer a 10% discount! I will be back.

Great place. They have a wide selection of scrubs and shoes. The staff was nice and really wanted to help. I believe there is a discount for some hospitals in the areas. You do have to pay for embroidery and they do have a 30 day layaway.

I had a great experience! The 2 ladies working helped me find exactly what I needed and on sale too! Prices were cheaper than online for lab coats. I will come back for my future medical uniform needs.

I've bought many sets of scrubs here. They have always greeted me in a friendly way, and offered help, without being obtrusive. I needed some new parts for my stethoscope, which had to be special ordered. I picked up order without looking closely. It didn't fit the way I thought it needed to. Took it back and the staff showed me how it needed to be put on, and offered a piece they had as extra. So nice and helpful. I appreciate this type of service.

Love the variety of scubs and the employees have always been helpful. They also keep a record of your previous purchases which helped me figure out which scrub pants I needed a year later.

As others have said VERY Poor customer service and they honestly don't care. This is pre sale service so can you imagine if there is a problem or issue post sale. So I called this store for a lab coat of a specific brand. After checking they confirmed they have the brand and then I informed them I needed two lab coats. They sales person( owner) put me on hold, then I could hear her complaining to the other person rudely " ugh...now she says she wants two" I guess she didn't realize I could hear her, when she got back in the phone I told her could hear her and that it was very

Very disappointed with the level of customer service that this business provided. If you have an issue or concern the employees will not give you the name of the owner. I wanted to follow up with the owner in regards to a discrepancy which could have been prevented, however, the young sales associate advised me that we cannot give out her name and would not release any information on how to contact her. If you are a reputable business that has nothing to hide, why would you not allow a consumer to speak with management. Not very impressed with the level of customer service and cannot recommend

Went to this store yesterday with my daughter to purchase scrubs, upon entering the store we were greeted, but we were not told about discounts given to students. However, all the Caucasian people who entered were greeted and given that information immediately. Next, because I over heard this from the clerk in the store is when I inquired and was told yes.

Great place for scrubs. Prices are pretty comparable to online stores. They give you a 10% discount. They do UTSW logos here for about $12. Lots and lots of different brands available and they always have very helpful staff.

I guess there aren't many Yelping med students, or someone before me surely would have reviewed this awesome place. Yes, while the name is deceiving, this place sells scrubs, not bus driver uniforms. A better name for this store would be something like ScrubMart. The choices are practically unlimited -- who knew scrub pants came in options of straight leg, bootcut, petite, long, drawstring, or elastic? The tops are equally numerous, coming in all cuts and patterns.
