A covered breezeway connects the 5,000 square-foot state-of-the-art conference center to a Victorian Manor house built in 1895. The Whitehead Manor grounds are peppered with old growth trees, organic gardens, a koi pond and several courtyards. From construction of the original Manor House all the way up to the creation of Whitehead Manor as it is today.
Weddings

Use of the entire conference center, manor house and grounds. Includes all of the common areas on our three-acre estate including wraparound porches, courtyard, patio, gazebo, and other open spaces. If you choose to have your ceremony onsite, you will rent the facility out for the entire day. If you do not have a ceremony onsite, you will be allotted a 10-hour time frame.
Meetings

A productive, low-distraction and high service space for your organization's offsite event. Going off-site to work on projects and outcomes is quite often a popular use for our spaces. Teams enjoy that they can focus on the task at hand while all of their daily necessities are taken care of by our amazing staff.
