My problem was an intermittent one which Fireytech and I agreed I could live with for a while. But they gave it careful attention and did not suggest a perhaps exaggerated fix. I will certainly go back there again.

Called several repair shops Fireytech was the only one out of a couple who actually answered their phone and could come out later same day all the others were maybe they could come out same day or it would be the following day. My business runs off my computer and was due to process payments for the 1st which I was not going to be able to do. Michael was the tech that came out and said he would take it and try to recover files that I needed. He did call me throughout the night to give me updates and showed up at 9am next morning the 1st and got me back up. I have had to start from scratch when
