Partners of The Loan Store should not need to second guess whether we are in-or-out of the market, allowing our Brokers to provide better rates. The Loan Store provides daily pricing on LoanSifter and ReadyPrice making it as easy as possible for Wholesale Brokers to search and price loans with us.

I have worked with The Loan Store for a few years now. They are great, they always respond promptly and will go above and beyond to make sure the loan gets done when it should. I have been working with The Loan store for the last few months and have closed 10 loans, their rates are competitive, their underwriting team is exceptional and the closers help get the loan on time.

Unfortunately, we do not have an online payment portal and cannot take a payment over the phone. At this time, The Loan Store can only accept mail-in checks sent to the below address or a Bill Pay sent through your bank. Every bank will have its own process for setting up a Bill Pay. If you have difficulty setting up a Bill Pay online, you may need to call your bank for specific instructions.
