Jason was on time, friendly, professional, prepared, and very knowledgeable! We had a sticker that had worked its way into the blower and was making a horrible sound. Jason figured out what was wrong right away and didnt try to make it seem like it was anything else. He then cleaned and checked both the AC and Heating units, topped off our Freon gas, and gave an honest assessment of the projected life span of our systemwhich I very much appreciated. The cost was reasonable, as well. I totally recommend Modern Heating!

We had tech "Jason" from Modern Heating come out to inspect why our heat wasn't working. He told us we need to purchase a new unit because we had a blown heat exchanger. We had a different HVAC company come out the next day and to our surprise, our heat exchanger was in perfect working condition and to top things off, Modern Heating had shut off our gas line which would explain why our heat wasn't working! The CEO of Modern Heating called to inquire if he was going to make a sale, and when I explained our concern, he stubbornly stood by his tech and was completely dismissive of our concern. It
