Situations listed below are normal and should be no cause for alarm. BLEMISHES / FLAKING - Flaking occurs primarily from the texture of the material itself, and generally stops within several months, particularly around edges.

Any alteration or deviation from the contract specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.
