
Not even the rain, the snow, the heat, the wind, nor a global pandemic could bring us to a stop. But after 2 years and 6 months of being in business we were shut down because we did not have a "potable water hose used to fill fresh water tank." We knew our 3rd Vegas summer was going to be tough and we were proactive in attacking the obstacles.
We bought a new air conditioner to keep ambient temperatures low inside the food truck and help refrigeration.
