The story that lead to the foundation of Pinnacle Foundation Repair started about 60 years ago when Robert Wade Brown, a structural engineer from Dallas, Texas, founded a foundation repair company in 1963.

Later, he became a nationally renowned expert in the industry, authoring six books on foundation repair methods that are used in the engineering courses in Texas colleges to this day. His grandson and the CEO of our company, Robby Brown, started out in the late '90s working first for his grandfather and then for his father, learning from the best about the specifics of foundation repair in Texas soil.

After doing a comprehensive assessment, it was determined that a section of the tilt wall had sunk 2. This part of Dallas doesn't have any trace of bedrock for at least the first 50' deep from grade level, and the builder piers are often only 20-25' deep.
