Chef Raul's prestigious culinary journey began in New York City shortly following culinary school. His career began at the luxurious Waldorf Astoria as the saucier (perfecting the sauce is so important to a great dish).
His experience grew from some of the most esteemed establishments in New York City, such as Tavern on the Green, Chemical Bank World Headquarters, Lincoln Center Metropolitan Opera House, and Neuman & Bogdonoff Catering (now Neuman's Kitchen).From the Big Apple, Chef Raul moved onto other culinary endeavors after relocating to Orlando, Florida.

Bridle Oaks is located in Deland, Florida. We have five beautiful acres, two barns, an outdoor altar, a horse named Falcon, some chickens running around and lots of fun extras to host your wedding or special event.
We supply the venue itself, which includes an outdoor altar with seating for 150 guests, a cocktail barn (open air barn for the hour of cocktails after the ceremony) a separate reception barn (3500 sq ft), a bungalow type home to rent, which has two bedrooms, one bath and a full kitchen.We also supply tables and chiavari chairs for up to 150 guests.
