We have had BC out quite a few times in the last months helping us replace and restore our old equipment. Jenny is great when you call, and gets someone to us promptly. John was out here the last time working like crazy to figure out what our problem was, and always keeping us updated as to what he was doing. (Turned out to be a bird in our fan!)
