I was born on the North shore of Chicago, Illinois. At the age of 4 we packed up our things and headed south to warmer weather. The majority of my years growing up were spent in sunny Tampa Bay, Florida where I was exposed to many different styles of fishing (offshore, fly fishing, backwater, sight fishing).

Finally, the Fall weather has arrived. Humidity has been much lower which makes the days on the water feel great! October is one of my favorites month to be water with clients enjoying this great fishery. Naples & Marco islands inshore fishing has really been heating up. Redfish have been showing in consistent numbers.

The Naples, Marco Island area is an out-doorman's paradise. It stands as the gateway to Florida's 10,000 Islands, which is part of Everglades National Park. It's the second largest national preserve in the country. Among these mangrove islands are many different species of birds, wildlife, and isolated beaches to discover.
