If I could give 10 stars, I would. My husband and I began our search for a home in March, during Covid in a hot market. We reached out to Tim and gave him a location we were interested in. We quickly realized we were priced out based on the fact that the market is so hot- you have to overbid to win. We flexed our plan and location a few times but Tim never got upset, in fact he helped us understand what was needed to succeed. Dreams do come true and not all heroes wear capes! My husband and I have been dreaming about owning a home for years. Since the pandemic, our desire to own a spacious and beautiful house became stronger. We didn't realize how difficult it could be to lock-in a house until we began our journey in search of a home. Tim will get you a house. We actually got the first house that we viewed and on which we put an offer. I attribute this to Tim's guidance and perseverance. He was very honest about what a strong offer would be and this kept us in the running until we ultimately got the house. My wife and I were anxious about moving. As you may know, its so much easier to think about it then actually doing it. Tim and Sophia made the process so incredibly easy and helped us get what we wanted. My wife and I wanted to stay in the Bay Area and Tim and Sophia were excellent about providing all the options on what to buy. We never felt rushed nor ever felt like they were passive. Tim was referred to us by some friends and we couldn't have been more happier with him. This was our first home buying experience so we had plenty of anxiety related to that. Our first visits were done over Zoom (in a Covid-19 world) and he asked relevant questions about what we were looking for in a home and listened to what we had to say. After that, the process went very quickly - we met every weekend and he was flexible with our schedules. He knew the tri-valley area well and knew good areas to look for homes.
