We were excited to do Black Hand Society as it was their newest room but we came away very disappointed as we completed the room in just over 16 minutes with only 4 people. I just feel when you are dropping $100+ on an experience you kind of expect more
This is a novice level room AT BEST and I would not recommend it for any experienced players. I will say that the staff was pleasant and afterwards we did enjoy a great meal around the corner at Canton Brewing Company so the 1 hour drive was not a total waste.

One of the worst escape rooms I have ever done, the room was disjointed and made no sense. There was a color puzzle which was extreamly frustrating as there were no directions for it. At one point you were supposed to pull down something (Vague to avoid spoilers) and the force required threw me off as I thought I was going to break it, especially as many pieces in the room had warnings not to touch it. I will never be coming back and I'll tell everyone to avoid it as well. I will say that the staff were very polite and have no issues with them, just that the directions could have been communicated
