Was recommended to come by here this evening after an ER visit for some eye troubles that could have been a result from a fall. ER told me Dr. Glenn would be in at the office until 8:30 and to go there immediately after the ER visit. I went by Digby and got there around 8:20. Doors were locked, nobody answered, tried calling and got an automated message. So I went home. I get a call from Dr. Glenn asking if I was coming by. I explained the situation and said I had already left and was home now. Dr. Glenn was very rude and condescending arguing with me over the phone. Said, condescendingly my appointment

I had an amazing experience at Digby Eye Associates today! Dr. Glenn did a thorough eye exam and Linda helped me pick out some cool new frames and sunglasses!! Couldn't of had a better experience anywhere else!! Will definitely be going back for all my eye care needs!!

We love Digby Eye Associates. Everyone there is very professional and courteous. Dr.Patel is very thorough and listens to your concerns. Margaret and Linda in the optical department are awesome. They are very caring and helpful when picking out new glasses.

Everyone at Digby Eye Associates has been so nice and helpful including Dr. Glen and Dr. Parker as well as Cheryl in the contacts department and Margaret in the glasses department and all the other staff members. I am so glad that I started coming here last year. Everyone does their very best to make sure I am totally satisfied.
