Pros: Tint quality seems fine, good install
Cons: Appointment was pointless, waited 3 hours for a single window, no apologies. Tried to charge me more than was originally quoted. I went here because I needed one window retinted. I reached out via email and was quoted a specific price which was good, so I made an appointment. The appointment was confirmed via text the day before. I showed up exactly on time and checked in and he quoted me a different price than what was in the email (even though it was the same person). I pulled up the email and showed it to him and he honored the price, but weird

The guys here did a great job on my new SQ5. Brought it in with 20% factory tint on the back, and wanted the front to match. The had a consultation with me and informed me of the best options. Staff was very knowledgeable. Ended up with 15% all around to make sure all windows matched. Tint comes with lifetime warranty of the car. Professional and would recommend.

Very unprofessional. No communication what so ever. Told me to come at 2:30...I waited until 3:30 and they finally took car back. I waited an hour..I should have been told to come at 3:30. Nobody talked to me to tell me anything. I would have been less upset if there was some sort of communication...
Update- Owner came to apologize, was very nice. They cleaned up my truck and the tint looks wonderful. Thank you

Today was the first time I ever had my windows tinted. They gentlemen were so nice and from the phone call with booking the appointment with Chris to washing of the car with Mike and the finishing touch of DJ tinting the windows. I gotta be honest the timing was perfect. They get you on time and out at a good time. I will be recommending them to my friends I can promise you that!

Before I made the choice of going to Hot Spot Tinting, Ive checked out pretty much all of the tints shops in the Cobb county area and the problem was either the brand of film the other companies used was not the most reliable or they completely over charged for their service. So upon arrival I talked to Justin and he was really easy going and explained all of the tints opinions and what would be best for my vehicle. While working on my car Lorenzo notices that after applying the film onto my car there was a small blob of remaining from when the old owner or dealership removed the old tint and
