Insight Northwest Counseling

Insight Northwest Counseling provides psychiatric medication management, individual counseling, couples therapy, and counseling for children and families for those residing in Oregon. We provide services for people experiencing a wide range of presenting concerns including anxiety, trauma, depression, substance addiction, relational conflict, and more.

At Insight Northwest Counseling in Eugene, Oregon we offer psychiatric medication prescribing and management to those living in the state of Oregon. We provide psychiatric medication management to children and adults. Our services include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions with both prescription medication and evidence-based counseling interventions.

We provide counseling and psychiatric medication management as out-of-network providers. You may have the ability to submit each session for reimbursement with your insurance provider. Inquire for more information about this process. We can also accept payment from a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Please contact us 48 hours in advance of any changes or cancellations to scheduled appointments. Our office is located in The Miner Building in downtown Eugene, Oregon. Clients can access the office from the front of the building on East Broadway.

I create an environment free from judgement, and meet you where you are. I partner with you to look at current mental health patterns and substances used to better treat the root cause that precipitates the current crisis. I provide telehealth psychiatric services and addiction treatment as part of a complete treatment plan which can include nutrition, supplements, medication, counseling and psychosocial support.
