Since 1983, Oliver's has been a Rockrimmon staple serving up fresh, handmade food to Colorado Springs. Having worked in family-run restaurants her whole life, Betsy Oliver decided to bring her passion for locally-owned restaurants to Colorado Springs. She moved to Colorado Springs in 1983 and created Oliver's Delicatessen.
Today, Oliver's still features the same friendly service, homemade-everything and an enthusiasm for the people they serve. Betsy has three grown children who all still live in Colorado Springs: Andrew (32), Justin (31), & McKenzie (27) and just welcomed her first Grand Baby, Murphy.
