Horsemanship is way more than riding. Horsemanship is the skill of handling horses both on the ground and in the saddle. The average non-horse person or child does not understand this concept. They think in the simple terms of riding lessons, and it may or may not cross their minds; there are many things to learn on the journey to "riding" a horse.

At Equal Partners Horsemanship, we place our emphasis on safety, confidence, and independence. We develop the students' focus, feel, and timing so that they can find connection and balance with the horse, both on the ground and in the saddle. We believe in placing the relationship first, foundation horsemanship skills before specialization, and striving to be the best we can be!
Boarding

35+ acre pasture boarding on approximately a 130-acre property, near 1604 & Hwy 90 in San Antonio. Horses are feed Lyssy & Eckel Stamina EX 14/8 twice a day. Coastal hay provided when needed. Includes rotational worming every two months, ability to ride beautiful property with three ponds, a round corral and more.
