Mara is the creative director/owner behind LHP Cosmetics with 15 years experience in the cosmetic & medical tattooing industry. She has worked extensively with dermatologists and surgeons in helping women achieve their beauty goal through cosmetic and medical tattooing.
As a medical tattooist, she has worked extensively on nipple/areola re-pigmentation for mastectomy patients, burns & scar victims, clients on chemo & radiation, and alopecia clients/patients.Over 5000 permanent makeup procedures to her credit including eyebrows, eyeliner, lips, & breast work for cancer patients.

Let's take a moment to talk about eyebrows and other permanent makeup procedures. As artists, our vision for cosmetic tattooing is simple, soft and natural daywear makeup. Keep in mind that even though the makeup fades and does not last forever like body art, it's still "permanent" with remnants of color for many years.
What is Microblading

Microblading is a technique within the cosmetic tattooing industry (permanent makeup) whereby the technician uses simulated hair strokes inside, around, and in between the clients natural hair which gives the appearance of a fuller eyebrow. The best candidates for this procedure are clients who have sufficient natural hair so that the simulated hair can blend naturally without the obvious appearance of too many "tiny lines" on your eyebrows.
