Therapeutic horseback riding for children and adults with neurological and physical disabilities. Working with therapists and speech pathologists, TRAX offers individualized horseback riding programs that coordinate physical and emotional therapy into a one-of-a-kind experience. Effortlessly learn improved balance and core muscle group control, from the gentle motions of riding.
No one is left behind. We take the time to work through fears and behaviors, regardless of the degree of disability. Individualized lesson plans tailored to each rider's needs, overseen by licensed therapists and speech pathologists.

TRAX Equestrian Center is a non-profit Equine Facilitated Learning Center for children and adults with neurological and physical disabilities. Our facility offers a unique horse backing program that coordinates physical and emotional therapy into a one of a kind experience. The goals of the program are to achieve increased balance and control, improve language and socialization skills while enhancing self esteem.
Our Family
Report
In 2009 Lisa Bradshaw, a speech pathologist, contacted me about incorporating equine therapy into her program, to benefit special needs children and adults. That is when TRAX Equestrian Center was born and is more than seven years strong today. My personal passion at TRAX is working with disabled young teens to help them become confident, independent riders.
