This is an update to a 3 stars rating. We agreed on $800 discount + cleaners to come clean the white sealent. Albert, the owner tried his best to make it right. He also promised to improve company practices. Albert had Sam and a team came out to correct the final touches. Which were to adjust the windows and screen door because they were not opening and closing smoothly. WD40 ended up doing the trick. If you would like more details, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I had an appointment for today. They were a no show. No call nothing. I waited an hour and called them. The receptionist told me she would find out what happened and call me back. No call back . I called her back finally...a lot of apologies but as I told her if this is how they run their business I will go elsewhere.

I had a Louvretec patio installed by Elite Exteriors. It leaked, was structurally deficient, and all the electrical wire shorted during a rainstorm. They tried to fix it twice. We had to call another Louvretec installer to demo it and rebuild it.

Elite installed two beautiful pergolas in our backyard. The whole process was perfect and smooth. It started with a competitive quote and concluded with an installation that was done with great care. I am very picky and the crew paid attention to all the details that matter to me. Sam was available throughout the project and responded promptly to all my questions. In summary, I could not have hoped for a better experience and I recommend Elite for anybody interested in having a beautiful patio cover.
