Meet Our Executive Team

Michael oversees all legal matters, underwriting policies, licensing, compliance and operating procedures, financial controls, treasury services, fraud prevention and strategic planning. He has underwritten and closed billions of dollars in real property conveyance and loan transactions. He personally handles complex transactions and transactions with title and/or legal issues.

When you close your transaction with Cherry Creek Title Services, our escrow department works diligently with all parties involved to be sure that all conditions to close are met and your transaction closes on time. If you are buying or selling a home, our staff will handle obtaining payoffs for any existing liens, home owners association transfer of ownership (if applicable), transfer of water, storm and sewer services and property tax payments.
