The sales team was great but when we bought the home it has been leaking due to the sun deck. They came out to fix it an 3 years later we are still having problems with where it had leaked. All the boards on the sun deck had rotted due to using cheap wood.

They were very off putting and rude. We were ready to purchase and very interested in a home. Their customer service was so awful we took our business elsewhere. They didnt want to answer any questions at all unless we put in a credit application. Not everyone needs financing. He still wouldnt answer anything without it. Homes looked great but Id rather pay more for someone who can run their business with integrity and take a little pride in their work.

They also have a one-year warranty. I thought it would be good but they do not repair the product. Too bad.
