University Plaza Apartments is located in the heart of Fresno just across the Bulldog Stadium. Our central location makes it easy to walk to Fresno State, Campus Point, Maya Theaters, entertainment venues like the Save Mart Center, and shopping. We have great access to highways 41 and 168, as well as easy access to bus lines and Fresno State's shuttle.

In case of any issues or concerns regarding your student, please contact the Community Manager at University Plaza Office. The office is located at 5469 N. Cedar, Fresno, CA 93710 and open from 8 AM - 6PM on weekdays, 8 AM - 5 PM on Saturdays and Closed on Sundays. Payment may be personally submitted in the Community Office via personal check, cashier's check or money order.
