Finding honest and decent businesses these days is not easy, but I was pleasantly surprised after driving an hour and half that this business owner truly loved what he did. Not only did he fix my machine, so that I could get back to work the next day, but he taught me things while he worked. Never once taking a break, he spent six hours replacing parts, and explaining how to avoid this problem again. I was very pleased with his expertise and polite and kind manners. Thank you so much.

I just started sewing and my machine was already giving me problems. After speaking with him over the phone I was going to bring my machine in the next day to get looked at. I figured out what my problem was shortly after. I noticed something odd inside the machine while I was cleaning and opened it up to find my 2yr old had shoved her memory cards in there haha. Im giving 5 stars due to how helpful and honest he was with me over the phone. You dont get a lot of that anymore.
