Most framed, displayed items are refundable for 72 hours so long as the condition remains the same. These returns are limited to in-state sales of non-consignment items. Not including packing and shipping charges. Any costs for packing and shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items cancelled due to non-payment are subject to a 15% restocking fee and forfeiture of payments made.
