Our Director, James Hughes, started teaching music lessons out of his Grand Rapids apartment as a way to put himself through music school at Grand Rapids Community College and Grand Valley State University. My job at a fast food restaurant didn't leave me time to practice music. Teaching did. He soon discovered a trend-while students came to him having learned how to play an instrument, they had never been taught how to be a musician.

Step 2 - Marisa, our wonderful Assistant Studio Manager, will reach out to you within 24 business hours. This step is a quick 5-10min call to talk about your goals, answer questions, and provide pricing details and package info. A credit card number is required to schedule your free lesson*. Step 3 - Based upon your needs and schedule, Marisa will pick the best instructor to match you with and will schedule the free lesson.
