My diswasher rack broke..a week before Christmas. I tried to fix it myself, but just couldn't. I found DC Appliance online, and the website made it so easy to make an appointment. They confirmed and then followed up with another email. The night before my service call I received a message giving me a window of when they would arrive, and the service man called me as he was driving to the house.

After a short while he knew what part had broken and, although he didn't have the part with him, he made a special trip to meet another truck that did have the part. I was thrilled that Joe went

We first met DC appliances when our refrigerator warranty company sent them. They came out 3-4 separate times for different issues with the fridge. Each time they were great! 5 years later, and we had another issue with our fridge now that the warranty is out. They came out the next day, even though I said no rush. He called before arrival, was on… time, friendly, and knew what he was looking for once the problems were described. An hour later, the fridge is good as new. Their prices are very reasonable too. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Very pleased with this company! Requesting service was effortless through their website. Unlike some companies that don't seem to pay attention to their emails or web requests, this one promptly scheduled service for a date of my choosing. Their robo-call confirmed the night before and gave me an arrival window. The technician, Robert, was extremely professional and helpful. He called when he was on his way and gave me his ETA. He very quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me honest advice about how to proceed - repair or buy a new unit? He also gave me advice on how to improve efficiency

I've had nothing but problems with my fridge since I bought it and DC repair was the first company to actually find the problem and fix it after having 5 service calls from another company who just couldn't seem to figure it out. The guys are great and I appreciate them coming out and taking care of the problem! I highly recommend!
