I wanted to remove a wall that separated the kitchen from the living room. However, my contractor informed me it was probably a bearing wall and that it would require engineering plans and a permit. The engineer from Moderno was very knowledgeable and provided us with all the engineering plans and permits that we needed.
I am very happy with the results. We recently bought a house that was built in the 50s and wanted to make sure the foundation was in good condition. Please note we accept bookings for homes within a 20-mile radius of Seattle or Tacoma. If your home is outside this range, please email us to inquire about booking.
