The Girl's Jamboree this past Saturday was great fun for the players and parents who were able to attend or partake in the festivities.

Thank you to Janesville for sending some of their U8 Girls up to play our Stoughton Viking Girls. This past weekend's XCEL Hockey Development camps were a great success, with over 50 players from Stoughton and other associations participating in the camp. XCEL Hockey Development is the Premier hockey development program in Northern Wisconsin, Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Northeastern US.

Stoughton Youth Hockey has been providing the opportunity for kids to learn the great game of hockey for over 50 years. Hockey develops skills on the ice that build a foundation for a lifetime. In addition to athletic prowess, hockey promotes confidence, pride, focus, perseverance, mental agility and responsibility.

The goal of the Stoughton Youth Hockey Association is to provide the best possible environment for the enjoyment of youth hockey by all involved - skaters, parents, and coaches. The club is dedicated to the development of the basic skills and fundamentals of playing hockey.

To achieve this, the club will provide the best possible coaching and optimum ice time to facilitate the growth and development of all skaters in order that they might reach their greatest potential at every age level.In addition to mastering the basic hockey skills, the club will stress sportsmanship and the fun of playing the game.
Mandt Center

The ice arena where Stoughton Youth Hockey makes its home is named the Mandt Community Center. The facility is owned by a non-profit organization called the Mandt Community Center, Inc. The building serves as a public recreational facility with Stoughton Youth Hockey Association as one of its main clients.
Fundraising/Sponsorships

The Car Wash card fundraising program allows you to sell 5-count ULTIMATE Car Wash cards for $36 a card. A single ultimate car wash costs $10 so there is a $14 savings to the end user by buying the 5 wash card. We have a number of fundraising opportunities that benefit both SYHA and opportunities that bring money back to you.
