Franklin Modular is amazing! We just purchased our place from them two weeks ago. They made the process very easy. Whenever we had questions, they replied very quickly. My husband and I recently sold our mobile home with Franklin Modular, Kim was nothing but awesome and very kind! She worked with us fast, we had our closing moved up sooner than we were anticipating, and still made a great offer, knowing our mobile home needed so much work done to it. I met Ben at closing and he was very kind as well! Al and I cant thank you enough! We are so happy you guys are willing to remodel the mobile home and make it a nice home for a new family!! It was a pleasure working with Kim, Cintia, and Benjamin O'Connor of Franklin Modular to purchase a manufactured home in Colorado Springs. It was especially challenging because one of us was in Cleveland because of COVID and the other was in CO SPGS. All of the people we worked with at Franklin Modular were helpful, friendly, polite, and went the extra miles to fix up all the needed repairs.

I have to agree with (most) of the other reviews here. Kim O'Connor made the purchase of my home easy, stress free and a joy. Never was buying a home so easy. Went above and beyond, giving me all the information I needed to get utilities and title transfer and even what to expect with the DMV amid the Covid crisis. She was very knowledgeable and, again, was a joy to work with. Thank you Kim!
