Banked with us federal and then firefly, both places were awesome.now since they switched to trustone it is absolute trash I wouldnt not recommend anyone banking here if I could get out if trustone I would in a heartbeat

This is the sloppiest truestone bank I have ever been to. I had to go to three different people just to pay a bill. The manager Michelle is extremely rude and the employees don't know what they are doing. I plan on complaining directly to the company as well. The employees should be trained if they're going to be messing around with people's bank accounts. Worst location they have.

I seriously question Trustone's committment to putting customers first.
Had a vehicle loan through Trustone. Traded in this vehicle for for a new car at a dealership in April 2021. Dealership requested the payoff amount from Trustone, received it and sent a check to Trustone which cleared a week later. Done deal right? Gets bad from here.... I get several calls from a representative from Trustone over the next couple of months, always leaving a very generic, non-descript, no details voicemail asking for a call back. I get spam calls daily, if I dont know you, and have no clear reason to
